We are the only company to C‑14 test every batch of raw material we procure.
Every batch of raw material we procure undergoes C-14 radiocarbon analysis at the University of Georgia, USA, to detect synthetic adulteration and independently verify its natural origin. Three dedicated laboratories then run quality control before, during and after production.
Every batch. Every time. Independently verified.
Carbon from living plants carries a measurable C-14 signature; carbon from petrochemical feedstocks does not. Every batch of raw material we procure is radiocarbon-tested at the University of Georgia, USA, and any lot that fails is rejected before it can enter production.
Reading the proof
- Independent laboratoryUniversity of Georgia, Center for Applied Isotope Studies, USA, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
- The result, in pMCPercent modern carbon: the share of carbon that comes from living plants.
- The benchmark95 to 105 pMC means no fossil-derived addition. This lot read 82, so it was rejected.
- Traceable to the lotEvery certificate is numbered and issued for a single lot of raw material.
Best-in-class laboratories that test your material end to end.
Three dedicated laboratories follow every lot from the gate to the drum: raw material on arrival, in-process checks during distillation and crystallisation, and release testing of finished goods.
- Multiple Agilent and Neuchrom gas chromatographs
- Chiral GC for isomer ratios
- GC-MS for trace constituents and adulterants
- Stability chamber for shelf-life studies
- Specific gravity meter, refractive index and optical rotation
- Acid and peroxide values tested regularly in process
- Digital inventory and quality management, lot to certificate
- Release against pharmacopoeia monographs: IP, BP, EP, JP, USP
Ready for your approval file.
Every lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis. Ask our QC team for anything else your audit needs.
